Be Part of the 2027 Calendar

We’re starting work on the 2027 A Horse Tale Rescue Calendar!

Each year our calendar helps support the care of the horses at A Horse Tale Rescue, and we’re excited to take a slightly new approach this year.

Before reaching out to businesses more broadly, we wanted to offer the first opportunity to participate to our own community of members and supporters.

Many of you own businesses, know local businesses, or may simply want to support the rescue in a small way. This year we’re offering several ways to be part of the calendar:

HORSE OF THE MONTH SPONSOR — $400

Each month of the calendar features one of the rescued horses at A Horse Tale Rescue.

Sponsors will be recognized directly on that horse’s monthly page with a banner such as:

“This month sponsored by [Business Name and small logo] — Proud supporters of A Horse Tale Rescue.”

Horse sponsors will also be listed in the Calendar Sponsor Directory, recognizing the businesses that help make the calendar possible.

BUSINESS ADVERTISING

Traditional advertising spaces will appear in the back section of the calendar and are a great opportunity for local businesses to support the rescue while promoting their services to the community.

• Half Page Ad — $300

• Quarter Page Ad — $150

These pages are viewed by hundreds of people throughout the year and help cover the cost of producing the calendar.

COMMUNITY SUPPORTER MESSAGES — $50

This is a new option this year for supporters who may not need a full advertisement but would still like to help support the rescue and the horses.

Supporters can include a short personal message (within a character limit) in a special “Friends of A Horse Tale Rescue” section of the calendar.

Messages could include:

• A message of support for the rescue

• A dedication to one of the horses

• A birthday or anniversary message for a horse lover

• A thank-you to the volunteers

• A tribute to a beloved horse or pet

• A family message such as “The Smith Family proudly supports A Horse Tale Rescue.”

• A small business message showing support for the rescue

Many of our volunteers and supporters have developed special bonds with the horses here, and this can be a meaningful way to include a message for a horse that has meant something to you.
